How It Works

1. Connect Your Account
   Go to Settings > Integrations and link your QuickBooks Online account. One-time setup. That’s it.
2. Complete a Proposal
   Once a proposal is accepted or marked complete, a QuickBooks icon appears on the proposal. Click it to sync.
3. Review and Launch
   Portal builds a full estimate in QuickBooks: customer info, items, pricing, taxes, labor, fees — the whole thing. If a customer or item needs a match, we’ll flag it and guide you through a quick fix. Once that’s done, you’re one click from launching the estimate in QuickBooks.

Built-In Accuracy and Control

• Contact syncing is flexible. You can preview, edit, and de-duplicate contacts before importing. Portal even shows where synced records came from, so there’s zero guesswork.
  
  
• Invoice control is baked in. You decide how invoices and payments flow between Portal and QuickBooks using clear settings in the integration panel.
  
  
• Convenience fees are handled cleanly. Instead of creating cluttered line items, they get applied using a single, reusable item — clean and trackable.
